Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
Error in log showing up frequently, stating the following:

"Provider manager not initialized, looking for provider <my
provider name>-exception stack"

-- Steps To Reproduce:
-Create an archive that uses an Outgoing Provider that has not been defined in the UCM Providers
page.
-Or, use the URM Agent without defining an Outgoing Provider for the adaptor.
