On Solaris 10, "DCExport" Error On Dynamic Conversion (Doc ID 832945.1)

Symptoms


Using UCM on Solaris 10 with Dynamic Converter installed, a "DCExport" error occurs when a user tries to view a dynamic conversion of a document.  This occurs either through the Preview link on the checkin page or on the (HTML) link on the content information page, or any other method where a dynamic conversion takes place.

The error states the following:
Content Server Request Failed Unable to get dynamic conversion. Failed to export document
'WAGAPP037765' using template 'DEVSN000786' and layout ''. Export process: 'DCExport' Details
intradoc.common.ServiceException: !csFailedToExport,WAGAPP037765,DEVSN000786,!$Export process: "DCExport";
