Goal

When running ADF application in clustered environment with multiple JVMs the following error is thrown

09/04/14 15:39:32.417 MySampleApp: Servlet error
oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-29000: JBO-29000: SessionFacadePlan not found
at oracle.adf.model.adapter.DataControlFactoryImpl.createSession(DataControlFactoryImpl.java:177)
at oracle.adf.model.binding.DCDataControlReference.getDataControl(DCDataControlReference.java:76)
at oracle.adf.model.BindingContext.get(BindingContext.java:457)
at oracle.adf.model.binding.DCUtil.findSpelObject(DCUtil.java:280)
at oracle.adf.model.binding.DCUtil.findSpelObject(DCUtil.java:248)

The error started happening after including additional OC4J containers to the environment.  The application used to work flawlessly on a non-clustered environment and showed no problems on a
clustered environment before adding the additional containers.
