Search Results Page Displays "Found 0 items" When Searching inside Folders and Using the OracleTextSearch Component (Doc ID 833335.1)

Symptoms

If searching within folders and using the OracleTextSearch full-text search component, when the search results page is displayed, only the first page of results can be viewed regardless of how many results were found (there are no "next page" icons), and "Found 0 items" is displayed in the top-left of the results page.
