Goal

Using Identity Management with Oracle Internet Directory (OID) in active/active cluster setup.

Failover is working in that when the first node is killed/unplugged from the network, the processes failover and start on the second node ok, but the time it takes for them to start can be several minutes, i.e., 12+ minutes.

How to reduce or tune the time take for failover and startup of processes on the second node?
