Symptoms
When Capture Server products (Commit Server, Import Server, Recognition Server) are running against a SQL Capture database, the following errors are encountered intermittently:
***Error*** Failed to load file cabinets. Error Number: -2147201443, Error Description: The following error occurred loading file cabinets.
Error Number:-2147217871
Error Description: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]Timeout expired
or
Reconnect EDO.
Login failed.
Error number:20047
Error Description: [The following error occurred during login.
Error Description: 20046
Error Number: Error [[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]Timeout expired] on line [6] Domain=<domain> UserID=<userid> The User Name and Password entered could not be validated. Please try again.]
Failed to refresh EDO file cabinets. Error Number: 91, Error: Object variable or With block variable not set
