"Unable to generate HTML page" Error is Displayed When exporting Results from Report Maker to Excel or PDF (Doc ID 844028.1)

Post search result, an attempt to export the results, using the Records Manager Report Maker, to Microsoft Excel spreadsheet or Adobe PDF appears to work, but then stops and throws the below error in the Content Server log. Other aspects of Records Manager appear to work as-designed. The expectation is that the search results will be exported without error.
