Symptoms

You have set the Journalizing tab of a Model to JKM Oracle 10g Consistent (LOGMINER) and set the JKM's Asynchronous Mode and Auto Configuration options to Yes. You add tables to CDC, add Subscribers and start Journal on the Model. The Sessions starts and fails at Disable Change Set Step with this error:
