Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
After loading the Oracle Team site in SharePoint none of the Oracle webparts are functioning, and they are requesting login. On install of web parts the "use SSO" check box was checked, and SSO isn't being used as prompted authentication shouldn't happen.
