Browse Button for Folder Field Disappears on Search Page, Replaced with 'From' and 'To' (Doc ID 848748.1)

Symptoms

On the standard search page, the Folders field does not display a Browse button.  Instead, there is a From and To text box as if the field is a Date field.  Other pages, such as the new checkin page and the metadata update page, are not affected and show the Folders Browse button correctly.
