Collaboration Projects Not Inheriting Security When Content Is Moved (Doc ID 855476.1)

Symptoms

When updating a content item metadata that is stored in a Collaboration Project, users can select the following option in the Browsing window that is displayed by clicking "Browse" button next to Folder text field.

However, the "Adopt access lists of destination folder" option does not work as described in expected.  Even though the option is selected and updated, the access permissions  that are defined in the selected folder are not applied to the content.
