Content Server Not Starting when Service Owner Does Not Have Permission to Network Drive: Error 183 (Doc ID 855621.1)

Symptoms

When the location of the weblayout directory is changed to a network drive, the Content Server will no longer start as a service.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Stop the Content Server service.

  2. Move the location of the weblayout directory. See Note <Note 565576.1> How to Move the Content Server Vault, WebLayout and the Verity Search Directories to a New Location.

  3. Add the following configuration variable in the file <UCM>/bin/intradoc.cfg and the file <UCM>/admin/bin/intradoc.cfg:
