Error While Viewing Configuration of a Newly Created Standalone Reports Server 11g and 11gR2 from EM

Symptoms
A new Standalone Reports Server was creating using the command:
$ORACLE_INSTANCE/bin/opmnctl createcomponent -adminUsername <USERNAME> -adminHost <HOSTNAME> -adminPort 7001 -oracleHome <ORACLE_HOME> -oracleInstance <ORACLE_INSTANCE> -instanceName <INSTANCE_NAME> -componentName <REPSERVER_NAME> -componentType ReportsServerComponent
While trying to configure the reports server the following error pops up:
Found no object names where one was expected for query: oracle.reports.serverconfig:name=rwserver-<REPSERVER_NAME>,Location=WLS_REPORTS,type=ReportsServer
Changes
This is an expected behavior as WLS_REPORTS restart is required to ensure that the new mbeans registered takes effect when a component is created.
