Symptoms

Environment

Forms and Reports version 11.1.1.1.0 configured for SSO.

Problem

When entering the Forms and/or Reports SSO protected URL, instead of receiving an SSO login screen, the following text is displayed in the browser ->

ORACLE SSO

The formsapp-diagnostic log will display an error similar to the following ->

formsapp at URL http://hostname:[port]/forms/frmservlet

reportsapp at URL http://hostname:[port]/reports/rwservlet

Oracle SSO (499) while requesting  http://hostname:[port]/forms/frmservlet.

Oracle SSO (499) while requesting http://hostname:[port]/reports/rwservlet.

Forms and reports in non-SSO mode works fine.
