Receive "Unable to load datasource" Error When Starting IPM Process Broker

When starting the Process Broker service, the following error is received:

Unable to load datasource '<ODBC Connection Name>', error occurred 'ODBC Error: Error: 942, State: 42S02, Description: [Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ORA-00942: table or view does not exist.'


The Process database/schema may have been moved or copied to another server.
