BEA-149205 BEA-000802 and Error 404 Not Found When Try to Access Spaces Home (Doc ID 862040.1)

Symptoms

Symptom 1:

After installing Webcenter 11g  Managed Servers  were started using Weblogic Server Administration Console meaning that these Servers were started by Node Manager, unable to access to  Spaces  from the browser get the following errors:

http://<server>:<port>/webcenter
Error 404--Not Found
The server has not found anything matching the Request - URI

 

 Managed Server Log, shows:

Symptom 2:

After deploying WebCenter and Webcenter Content (UCM) to a server as part of an enterprise level deployemtn using Windows operating system the WLS_Spaces server fails to start properly.  The following entries exist in the WLS_Spaces server log file.
