Goal

If running all of the components on a single desktop or laptop in order to test FMW 11g IDM components - it might become necessary to reduce amount of memory consumed because the system is by default optimized for installation on modern server hardware.

Note:
This document:
  • assumes all of the FMW components are on the same server. The database (for OID) could also be on the same system.
  • applies to all IDM installations, except for "no domain" OID and OVD use cases
