Configuration Of Domain Fails After Selecting Extend An Existing Domain (Doc ID 865326.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

  • Attempting to install FMW 11g Identity Management (IDM)
  • WebLogic Server (WLS) was installed and a Domain was created at this point
  • When configuring IDM (with either Install and Configure, or via config.sh), at the WLS details screen, "Extend an Existing Domain" is chosen. The Domain created after the WLS install was selected.
  • The Installer/Configuration Wizard fails with the following:
