Symptoms
- Installing Fusion Middleware 11g SOA on AIX
- WebLogic Server (WLS) and SOA binaries have been installed successfully
- Trying to create a SOA Domain by running $ORACLE_HOME/bin/config.sh
- The Configuration Wizard fails at 70% on "Creating Domain Security Information" with the error:
