Symptoms

After adding a new file cabinet and Oracle Distributed Document Capture profile the Oracle Distributed Document Capture service returns an error for any batches processed in that file cabinet':
***Error*** Failed to process batch 20950864_20950879. Error Number: 5, Error: File cabinet TaxReturn doesn't exist.
