When Opening Capture, Error Message "Unable to save scan profile settings. The database is read only." is Received (Doc ID 866311.1)

Symptoms

When opening Capture, the following message is received:

Unable to save scan profile settings. The database is read only.

Clicking "OK" to this message allows Capture to continue to load.  There may be issues updating Scan Profiles and scanning batches.
