Trays Search Throws JavaScript Warning "Choice lists are not fully loaded, Continue search?" (Doc ID 868328.1)

Upon search initiation from the Trays layout left-hand navigation menu's search box, a dialog box prompts the end users with the message:

Choice lists are not fully loaded. Continue search?

The loss of functionality is minimal as the Quick Search and Advanced Search function fine.
