Goal

You are using Access Control Lists (ACLs) without Collaboration Manager as described in <Note 603148.1>. However, the New Checkin page shows a checkbox labeled "Is Collaboration Project" and an empty dropdown list labeled "Collaboration Manager". Is there a way to hide these fields?
