Symptoms

Messages are not delivered to a group and the following error messages appear in the COM server log file (MessageQ pre-v3.x) or EVL log file (MessageQ 3.x versions and above):

     F %PAMS-F-REMQUEFAIL, Failed to properly dequeue a message buffer
