IPM Application Name Does Not Display Within Office After Changing A Field Name (Doc ID 874332.1)

After a field name was changed in a previously filed IPM Application, the application name no longer displays when using the Office Integration.  However, the users are not having any problem with this application within the Oracle IPM client.
