Symptoms

When trying to use the "frmf2xml" utility to convert the FMB to XML in forms following errors are displayed with characterset other than WE8ISO8859P1,all the required environment variables are set, but still the following errors are displayed

Error initialising the Forms Jdapi:
_jni_initialize: Failed to create new forms context
