Goal

What permissions are required for a user to use the OIM API method addLookupValue() in
tcLookupOperationsIntf, if he is not a part of the SYSTEM ADMINISTRATORS group?

When trying to use the API, as a user who is not a menber of the SYSTEM ADMINISTRATORS group the
following error is thrown:
