Small batches can be successfully sent by the WebCenter Distributed Capture (formerly Oracle Distributed Document Capture) client and processed by the Oracle Distributed Document Capture Service. In some cases large batches may come across an issue where the remote user is unable to send a scanned batch to the WebCenter Distributed Capture server. The batch returns an error when the user attempts to send the batch in the WebCenter Distributed Capture client and the batch remains in the user's queue for review.
The error in the server side log states the following error:
***Error*** Failed to process batch 22828299_22900453. Error Number: 2008, Error: 22828299.xml file is missing
