Symptoms

When committing a batch imported from Import Server and the "TIFF - Single Page" or "TIFF - Multiple Page" Document Output Format setting is enabled on the commit profile the following error occurs:

Failed to commit batch IEXP0831093690044. Error Number: 40008, Error: Commit Profile - Oracle I/PM
Commit: The following error was reported by ReleaseDocument. Error Number: 20009 Error
Description: LEAD Error: Invalid file format
