Symptoms

During commit to Oracle IPM / Stellent IBPM, the following message is received:

Error 40007
The following error occurred while attempting to commit the batch:
[Commit Profile - profileName: The following error was reported by ReleaseDocument.
Error Number: 20017
Error Description: Macro [IBPMEDP] is no longer running.]



Changes

The original machine was replaced with new computer and all software was reinstalled.
