Why Trusted Reconcile Using Generic Technology Connector Leaves Reconciliation Events in Event Received Status. (Doc ID 882612.1)

Last updated on JANUARY 31, 2022

Applies to:

Identity Manager Connector - Version 9.1.0.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Q1: Using the 9.1.0.2 version of the Database Application Tables Connector, the Trusted Reconciliation events generated by the connector are not able to lead to the creation of new Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) accounts and show some error in the logs that Users.Role is blank. What is this field as it is not visible when mapping the Generic Technology Connector (GTC)?

Q2: Running a Trusted Reconciliation with the same connector leaves reconciliation events in Event Received status and does not create any new users. Some literal values were used for some mappings of some fields per the Performing Flat-File Reconciliation Oracle By Example (OBE) tutorial. Why are the reconciliation events not getting processed?
