Receiving "helperservice: data exception" Error When Checking in Documents (Doc ID 884222.1)

Symptoms

When checking in documents, the following error is received in the logs:

helperservice: data exception in INDEXERSTATE.RECORDWEBCHANGE_SUB IndexerState.IindexerState Unable to find query 'IndexerState.IindexerState'.
