Generating PDF from Application Server Produces Larger File Size than Generating from Reports Builder (Doc ID 884821.1)

Symptoms

When generating a PDF report from the application server, the PDF size is large (6.62 MB) while
same report is generated from the builder with smaller size 1.4MB
