Symptoms

An StatelesssSessionBean-based JAX-RPC Doc-Lit Web Service developed using JDeveloper 10.1.3.4 and deployed to Oracle Application Server 10.1.3.4 with a LoadBalancer (LBR)
When invoking the webservice from the EM test page the following error is returned:

"java.security.PrivilegedActionException: oracle.j2ee.ws.saaj.ContentTypeException: Not a valid SOAP Content-Type: text/html"
