This problem can occur on any platform.
Symptoms
When attempting to view an image from the IPM Search Results tool, the following error message occurs:
"Can't read from volume *********"
When viewing images from other platters in the jukebox, the images return as expected.
The corresponding error in the log file is:
"Error is 24760 - Could not locate register record on %(1)Fs"
