7.5.1 Inbound Refinery reports error csLinefeedEXRunExport() failed: exception occurred (03C0)
after upgrading machine from Adobe Acrobat Reader version 8 to Adobe Acrobat version 9. Error
occurs on thumbnail creation, as reported in the log file:
