Symptoms
Stopping Oracle Application Server either from Windows Programs menu-"Stop SOA Suite" or by the "opmnct stopall" command line fails to successfully stop some OC4J components. All processes seemed to be down gracefully as clarified from "opmnctl status" command, and the following error can be seen in the logs:
- startupconsole-2009-09-04-17-19-31.log
