Symptoms
Immediately following the Installation and Configuration of the SOA instance, the "soa-infra" application shows down in the Fusion Middleware Console -> Farm -> Application Deployments .
Attempts to start the soa-infra application from the WebLogic Console also fail.
The following errors can be seen in the /user_projects/domains/<domain>/servers/soa-server1/logs/soa_server1-diagnostic.log:
