Symptoms
You have developed an ADF application with JDeveloper 11g.
It works fine when you run it in the Embedded WebLogic Server, from JDeveloper.
When you try to deploy your application in your WLS Domain, in a Managed Server, then it fails with the following errors:
Note how WLS is stating it can't find adf.oracle.domain nor oracle.jsp.next.
Though, you installed the JRF (Java Required Files), including the ADF Runtime Libraries, in your Domain.
The same deployment works fine in your WLS AdminServer Managed Server.
