Symptoms
Customer has a distributed topic on 2 managed servers listening on two different machines. They have disabled the standard HTTP port in order to force secure traffic.
When attempting to send messages to a distributed topic, the following error occurs in one of the destinations and the messages does not reach the destination:
Result: the JMS servers fail to communicate.
