Symptoms

Experiencing performance issues with the Portal Admin Console when accessing it with users who have Delegated Admin rights. Accessing it with Portal Admin users such as weblogic, the performance is fine.

Users who are member of the global role PortalSystemAdministrator and have delegated admin rights for just one directory of the content management, the Portal-Admin-Console is quite unusable. With these users for example browsing the content management tree is about 5 times slower than using wblogic.
