Symptoms
Installing Oracle Identity Management Infrastructure and Oracle Identity Federation (10.1.4.0.1) fails during the Database Configuration Assistant phase (DBCA). The process gets to about 2% and then fails with the following error:
Following the failure, the Oracle Universal Installer gives the option to "Abort" or "Ignore".
