Are there any example servlets which run on the Tomcat container embedded with UCM?

Standard servlets which work on standalone Tomcat may be checked into UCM, but seem to suffer problems when run. Typically the errors include problems with the servlet not being found as follows:

"Not Found
The requested URL instancename/groups/jsp/documents/adacct/accdoc001234/myservlet was not found on this server."

...where 'myservlet' is the name of the servlet.
