Symptoms
A WebCenter application based on a Worklist taskflow using JDeveloper 11g has been developed to
connected to a remote BPEL Workflow. When running the application, the Worklist taskflow connects fine but doesn't show any results within the portlet. The message seen is : "worklist services unavailable".

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a JDeveloper application.
2. Declare a Worklist connection pointing to a BPEL Workflow service.
3. Create a JSPX page and place the Worklist taskflow on it.
4. Set Security for the Worklist Service
5. Run the JSPX page.
