Working on WebCenter 11g Fails to Integrate BPM Worklist in a Custom Webcenter Application (Doc ID 959335.1)

Symptoms

A WebCenter application based on a Worklist taskflow using JDeveloper 11g has been developed to
connected to a remote BPEL Workflow. When running the application, the Worklist taskflow connects fine but doesn't show any results within the portlet. The message seen is : "worklist services unavailable".
