NullPointerException When Invoking Web Service Called runReport on BI Publisher From ODI Tool Called OdiInvokeWebService (Doc ID 972378.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to launch a Web Service implemented on BI Publisher with the creation of a response file call from ODI version 10.1.3.5.4 using the OdiInvokeWebService tool then the call returns the following message:

java.lang.NullPointerException at com.sunopsis.wsinvocation.client.formatter.SnpsAbstractWebServiceResponseFormatter.format2File(SnpsAbstractWebServiceResponseFormatter.java)
   at com.sunopsis.dwg.tools.InvokeWebService.actionExecute(InvokeWebService.java)
   at com.sunopsis.dwg.function.SnpsFunctionBase.execute(SnpsFunctionBase.java)

More specifically, this occurs when attempting to call the PublicReportService on the port called runReport implemented in BI Publisher using the following syntax:
