Purpose

Querying Strategies in SQL*Forms/Oracle Forms.
 

Data retrieval is one of the most important activities in an application.

Users might want to query on different tables using different conditions for the query.

Because Forms provides users with various ways of retrieving data, the developer must code the form to provide for all these different means of data retrieval.

This bulletin discusses these methods.
