Goal

This document describes what to do when the RDBMS that hosts the OWB Repository is upgraded or patched to a higher version without upgrading the OWB repository itself.

Example of scenario:

1. Current Installation
RDBMS Version : 11.1.0.7
OWB Repository Version : 11.1.0.7

2. Planned Installation
Upgrade the RDBMS version without upgrading the OWB Repository
RDBMS Version : 11.2.0.4
OWB Repository Version : 11.1.0.7
