When attempting to patch Content Management Software Development Kit (CMSDK) version 9.0.4.2.x with patch number 8676165 the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply Patch 8676165 per patch readme
2. Error "MISSING_COMPONENT : oracle.cartridges.ordimg, 10.1.0.5.0" occurs
