No Authentication Provider Type "OSSOIdentityAsserter" Displayed In List When Creating Authentication Provider (Doc ID 974951.1)

Symptoms

Authentication Provider of Type "OSSOIdentityAsserter" is missing from the list of Providers when attempting to create an Authentication Provider.

This is after following the steps to configure WebCenter to use Oracle Single Sign-On (OSSO) as documented in:-

In Step 5 (of section 23.7.2.3 Configuring the OSSOIdentityAsserter) there is no Provider of Type "OSSOIdentityAsserter" in the drop down list.
