In the process of installing SSO and OIDDAS 10.1.4.0.1 to integrate with OID 11g as documented on:

11 Installing Oracle Single Sign-On and Oracle Delegated Administration Services Against Oracle Internet Directory
In particular step 6 on "11.2 Procedure" section:
Install Oracle Single Sign-On and Oracle Delegated Administration Services Release 10g (10.1.4.0.1).
Followed messages reported in the oidmon_0000.log:
WARNING: OID server (version 126.96.36.199.0) is now operating in read_only mode
[2009-12-07T12:03:09-05:00] [OID] [NOTIFICATION:16]  [OIDMON] [host: ormddevsso01.ballyfitness.net] [pid: 31330] [tid: 0] OIDMON_STOP: WARNING: Connected to incorrect OID base schema version, (version=OID 10.1.4.0.1).
WARNING: OID (version 188.8.131.52.0) is now operating in read_only mode
Completed steps from 1 to 5 from the above documentation. No problem reported on steps.
Step 5 involves running ORACLE_HOME/ldap/bin/inspre11.pl with -op2
OID was restarted after step 5 was completed.
